Tyler Bisschop
As a Red Seal Carpenter with 25 years of construction experience, Tyler is a valued Construction Superintendent on our residential and multi-family construction team. He is a strong communicator with an eye for detail who always makes sure things are done right.

Connor Brogden
Connor is a frequently requested superintendent on our Commercial Construction side and has a knack for getting work done quickly and connecting well with clients. Connor has been with Converge for six years and we have loved every minute of it.

Jerrid Lay
As one of our longest standing employees, Jerrid came to us as a carpenter and quickly rose through the ranks to become one of our core Construction Superintendents. With 20+ years in the industry, and almost 15 of those at Converge, Jerrid is now a Red Seal Certified carpenter and a Gold Seal Intern as a Construction Superintendent.

Jacob Vanderveen
Jacob has been in and around the construction industry since his youth. Jacob came to Converge 10 years ago as a foreman and quickly grew into the role of Superintendent. Jacob is a Red Seal Certified Carpenter and a Gold Seal Certified Superintendent.

Dan Webber
Dan is a Red Seal Certified carpenter with 20+ years experience in the industry. One of the most gifted carpenters most of us have ever met, we have been blessed to have Dan in the Converge family for nearly 15 years.

Rob Holtzmann
Rob has been with Converge for one year and counting - and we are looking forward to many years on the same team. Robert has quickly proven himself to be a valuable member of our team with his dedication, skill, and attention to detail.

Stefan Zenky
Stefan was welcomed into Converge as he was completing his Level 1 certification in carpentry, almost a decade ago. Since then, Stefan has also completed his Red Seal Certification and made himself a valued member of our team.

Owen Benny
Owen is one of our apprentices in training. Owen has quickly shown his love for the work and the clients we serve. With the help of Converge, Owen is actively working towards completing his Red Seal certification.

Dale Elias
With 10 years of employment in the Converge family, Dale is a well loved and highly valued member of our team. Dale has more than 30 years of experience in construction and specializes in complex carpentry & finishing.

Siamak Rawhani
Sam is our special specialist. There is truly no task too large or complicated for our ‘Sammy’ to tackle. With 25+ years in the industry, we have been blessed to be where Sam calls home for 13 years.

Leslie Blais
As our longest-standing employee at an amazing 15 years, Les started for us just 2 years after the inception of Converge. Les puts the ‘skilled’ in ‘skilled labor’ and is a true example of an exceptional work ethic and a huge heart.

Mark Swan
Mark was born into the construction industry. With his father running a general contracting company, a lot of Mark’s childhood was spent learning the ins and outs of this industry we love. We are thrilled to have him bring that knowledge and enthusiasm to the Converge team.

Dwayne Vanderveen
One of our founders & principal owners, Dwayne has 35+ years of construction experience & expertise. With a background in framing & concrete carpentry in addition to on site management, Dwayne has a deep understanding of building technology. Dwayne operates as a project manager, superintendent manager, and head of the HR department.

William Vroom
One of our founders & principal owners, William is a Project Manager with 25+ years of construction experience. William acquired his Diploma & Bachelor of Technology from BCIT & went on to earn his Gold Seal certification in Project Management.

Jonathan Vanderpol
A 2001 Trinity Western University BBA Honours grad, Jonathan has extensive experience in pre-construction, estimating, sales and marketing. Over the past 12 years, Jonathan has worked with Converge in business development, preconstruction, and as our chief estimator.

Eunice Schapp
Eunice is our AP/Payroll Administration director, which means everyone loves her because she is always paying them! Eunice has been an excellent addition to Converge.

Brad Koop
Brad is a Red Seal Certified carpenter with 35+ years in the construction industry. Brad operates as our Company Safety Officer. With hisNCSO designation training and extensive knowledge of industry hazards and provincial safety legislation, Brad ensures that those who work with us are safe every day.

Caleb Vanderveen
Caleb brings a wealth of construction knowledge to Converge, thanks to his years spent as a carpenter. Caleb is a valued Project Manager on our team, having achieved Gold Seal certification in his designation as well as a Certificate of Architectural and Building Technology from BCIT.

Shiva Atabaki
We’re thrilled to welcome Shiva to our team as our full-time Controller. With a background as a CPA, Shiva brings a wealth of financial expertise and strategic insight and we’re excited to have her overseeing our financial operations.
