Converge Construction built my 64-unit, Georgie Award-nominated townhouse development “Denby Living” in the Township of Langley. Dwayne delivered the completed site on schedule and within budget, which is especially notable considering the significant impact that Covid-19 had on the construction industry in 2020 and 2021. Dwayne is very knowledgeable in his work, he is practical and solution-oriented. His proactive approach deals with issues before they have an implication on timeline or budget. Dwayne’s team coordination and active role within the key turnover process was also organized, efficient and customer service oriented. 

I was very proud of the work completed by Converge as the units had very little, if any, deficiencies. The finished quality of the homes exceeded my expectations. I would gladly work with Dwayne and Converge again in the future and would recommend them highly and without reservation.

    Converge Construction was awarded our project after a competitive building process and have been excellent to work with on our design-build project for six single family homes in Merritt, BC. The Converge team designed six two-bedroom, 1,000 sqft rancher style homes based on the owner’s requirements.
