Commercial Site Superintendent

  • As our new Site Superintendent, you will play a vital role within our company. Reporting directly to the project manager, you will be responsible all aspects of site construction.

    You play integrate roll ensuring that the project meets high quality standards, project schedule, safety and that the project budget is achieved.  

    Your more typical responsibilities within this role will include:

    • Demonstrating leadership

    • Plan, direct and monitor daily site activities to ensure the execution of the project

    • Manage a crew of 6+ employees as well as numerous subtrades

    • Ensure projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings and applicable building codes

    • Maintain the construction schedule in conjunction with the Project Manager

    • Ensure project milestones and completion dates are met

    • Issue’s material and services purchase orders

    • Maintain a daily report that tracks site progress, events, inspections, and any other relevant information

  • To apply for this role, you will need a driver’s license and access to your own transportation along with a love for working collaboratively with trades, architects, engineers, and site employees.

    You will posses the following set of skills

    • Enough professional construction experience that you don’t wonder if you have enough

    • Not afraid to make to make the tough decisions and then act on them

    • Read, understand, and find mistakes in a set of construction drawings

    • Consider the Safety of all people on site to be priority #1

    • Wanting to be held accountable and want to hold others accountable… not accepting excuses.

    • Understands construction processes

    • Multi-Task…multi-task

    • Gets stuff DONE!

    • Willing to push a broom when there is nothing to do

    • Sets a goal, then takes action to conquer it!

    • Believes in having fun at work

    • Can get around on email and schedule software and can type with more than one finger

    • Love working with great teammates

    • Always learning, growing, and being stretched in the right places.

    • Extremely organized and detail oriented

    • Willing to work out of town

    • Red Seal Journeyman Carpentry Ticket

    • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

    • Excellent computer and email communication skills

Site Carpenter

  • Are you looking for on-the-job variety? Are you the type of person who loves to push the team to do great things? Are you a person who takes pride in what you build? Do you one day see yourself as the superintendent on site. Do you enjoy walking away at the end of each day and seeing what you have accomplished that day?

    If you answered yes to all of these, we’d like to talk to you!

    • Gets stuff DONE!

    • Listen, comprehend, and report directly to site superintendent estimate materials for site tasks takes care of company tools

    • Willing to push a broom when required

    • Know how to build a set of stairs, hang doors, efficient at back framing.

    • Can use a nail gun without shooting themselves or others.

    • Is self-motivated and requires minimal supervision

    • Can follow a punch list and ensure that all items get completed

    • Physical fit, able to easily lift 50lbs

    • Must have driver’s license and own transportation

    • Willingness to always follow safety guidelines

    • Good knowledge of English

    • Good understanding of basic math

    • Proven experience as a site Carpenter (minimum 5 years)

    • Knowledge of residential and commercial construction from start to finish

Multi-Family Superintendent

  • We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to add to our growing and dynamic team for a multi family residential site. Experience in construction supervision is necessary.
